Pour accompagner cette transformation des cours d&rsquo;eau, il souhaite initier une dynamique de travail avec les citoyens au travers d&rsquo;animations locales afin de mutualiser la connaissance et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les attachements aux cours d&rsquo;eau.
